What We Collect
- An anonymous device identifier (random UUID, not tied to your identity)
- Wait time reports you voluntarily submit (airport, lane type, wait duration)
- Behavioral analytics (pages viewed, features used) via PostHog
- If you sign in with Google: your email address for authentication only
What We Do NOT Collect
- IP addresses (explicitly disabled in our analytics)
- Location data (geolocation is optional, processed client-side only, never stored)
- Google account data beyond email
- Payment information
How We Use Data
- Display real-time crowdsourced TSA wait times
- Track your personal statistics and gamification progress
- Improve the app experience via anonymous analytics
- Aggregate, anonymous wait time data may be used for commercial purposes (data licensing, API access)
Session Replay
We use session replay (via PostHog) to understand how users interact with the app. Input fields are excluded by default. You can opt out via the cookie banner.
Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, your email is stored only in our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) for account management. It is never shared with third parties or sent to analytics.
